ABRS Grad and instructor Stefan Rzadzinski will return to JDC MotorSports for 2013 to compete in the the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship powered by Mazda in hopes of securing the series title and its Mazda Road to Indy scholarship.
The 19-year-old native of Edmonton, Alberta, will make the move to USF2000 Championship competition after racing part time for JDC Motorsports in the Star Mazda Championship. Rzadzinski, who has victories in Skip Barber Racing and the Ontario Formula Ford Championship on his resume, will also take part in the series operated six-race Winterfest championship in Florida.
"First of all, I am very happy to have the opportunity to stay with the team in 2013," who will race with support from CanTorque, Christenson Development, Goldmark Diesel, Calroc, and other Alberta-based companies that supported him in 2012.
"The most important part of my decision for this season was being able to run a full-season program' said Rzadzinski. "
"Being able to step up and make this decision was only possible because of my great supporters. I have to especially thank CanTorque, Christenson Developments, and Goldmark Diesel who have taken the lead on my program. I'm looking forward to racing in the 2013 US F2000 Championship and fighting for top honors."
Watch for Stefan on the podium in this hotly contested series.
