Warburg Kart Racing Track, Warburg, AB
Two Day Junior Driver Development Karting Program
This two-day program is focused on improving /enhancing overall driving performance for Junior drivers as well as provide guidance to parents for coaching and kart preparation. There will be ample track time that will include classroom sessions lead/follow sessions, specific on-track driving exercises, open lapping sessions, track walks, practice starts and more.
This program will operate 8AM – 4PM each day, with a short break for lunch.
Allen Berg is the coachor, with Edmonton karting champ and Legends driver Kyle Stevens as the co-coachor. Mark Stevens will provide a technical briefing that will cover the fundamentals of kart preparation, tuning and maintenance that most participants in the sport will find very useful.
Participants need to provide kart and all safety equipment, as well as a parent to be present throughout the program for each family of drivers participating. They will be responsible for their own kart maintenance as well as providing on-track supervision when the karts are running.
Although beverages will be provided each day, participants will be responsible for their own meal arrangements.
The most benefit would be for the newer drivers, however there will be much information that will be shared that will certainly benefit more experienced drivers too.
To maximize the benefits from this program, it is recommended that drivers should be able to lap Warburg in approximately 1:05 or better. If your driver has not met this minimum standard, please contact me email@example.com or (888) 722-3220 to discuss your individual situation or with any further questions.
