You’ll be driving an authentic Formula 1 style racecar, that’s equipment with Hankook racing slicks; capable of pulling over 2G’s of force. Each road course has multiple turns so cornering speeds can exceed 90 mph. Every student and track is different; we encourage you to drive at near race speeds.

Yes, passing is allowed in all programs but not the Introductory To Racing and 20 Lap Adventure Program. These programs require more lap time. A solo passing session upgrade is available, giving you 10 High Speed passing laps.

The 20 Lap Adventure Program & Introductory to Racing allows all drivers to reach fast speeds, but additional track time is needed to safely learn the racecars and track. A passing upgrade is available ($100), provides 50% more track time of fast passing laps

No racing experience is required; you must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission

You must be at least 16 years old to participate

We provide all equipment, including driver’s suit, helmet and gloves. Wear closed toe shoes and clothes that will be comfortable under the drivers suit. If you have your own equipment, they must be Snell and FIA compliant.

Bring your Driver Information packet that you received, including your order and booking confirmation as well as closed toe shoes and clothes that will be comfortable under the drivers suit. We recommend shorts and t-shirt

All programs begin by following a high-speed performance car driven at very high speeds, by a professional racecar driver. As you become more comfortable driving a Formula 1 style racecar, your speed increases, exceeding cornering speeds of 90 mph. Students in the 20 Lap Adventure Program & Introductory to Racing to chase the racecar driver throughout their experience. Passing laps can be purchased ($100) so you will not be following anyone.

We will advise you by email or phone if weather conditions cause the delay of cancellation your class

You are welcome to bring family/friends to share the experience with you. We have specific viewing areas, to see you on the track. Guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as students.

Yes, GoPro cameras, the official sponsor to Allen Berg Racing Schools, are available to capture your race day experience on the track. Mounted just above the driver’s helmet (just like the pro’s), you will receive the HD footage before you leave the track ($40)

No, as the official sponsor to GoPro Cameras, we can only the use of our cameras that are mounted to each car.

We offer an insurance policy to limit your liability, as each racecar is valued over $100,000. We provide training, high quality racecars, so damage is unlikely, but we highly recommend purchasing the insurance, reducing your financial exposure to only $2,000.

The 20 Lap Adventure Program & Introductory to Racing : • Cancellations and rescheduling can be made up to 7 days before your scheduled class. • Cancellations and rescheduling are not accepted on the day of your event. Yes, all programs are available in gift certificate form. You can purchase without selecting a date so the lucky racing student can select the best date and time. We can also include a personalized letter from Allen, so let us know the occasion.
