Allen Berg Racing Schools Chosen to Represent New-Comer Landsail Tires to American High-Performance Enthusiasts
Landsail Tires and Allen Berg Racing Schools (ABRS) have made a joint announcement that Landsail will be the official tire of the school and used on all of the school’s racing cars and support vehicles.
“We feel that they will deliver an enhanced learning experience for our students.” ABRS uses Tatuus FR16 single-seat formula cars, which feature full carbon-fiber chassis’ that allow race tires to really do their job. “The Landsail tire racing experience. When we combine that sort of accuracy with our GoPro onboard cameras and data systems, we know that our students are going to learn how to go fast faster, have been more fun, and really enjoy controlling a car and tire combination that really ‘speaks’ to them.”
“Our brand name may be new to America.” I said Jacky Du, Landsail Tire’s Global Motor Sports Director, “Right now, we cover about 30% of the racing tire market in Asia, and working with Allen Berg and his racing school is one of the ways that we have chosen to prove our product in the US. ABRS students are in the top 15% of the most informed consumers of automotive products, and their family and friends often rely on them for advice on those purchases. They notice variations in tire performance, and we fully expect them to be impressed with the Landsail Tires that they’ll run on at the Allen Berg school.”
The new Landsail Apex Kings will be on all ABRS school cars at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca commencing July 2017 “Our students and our coaches love running at WeatherTech Raceway, “said Berg.
